Black slinky bodice and sleeves with a cool shredded tye-dyed hanky skirt.
Designed with the lovely ladies of Tikvat Israel. Originally, this dress was sleeveless with a vest-like bodice, but then we added the modified raglan bell sleeves. I love the shredded sub-wear fabric.
