From the knitter''s year by Debbie Bliss (http://www.trafalgarbooks.com/debbie-bliss/KNYE.html) I changed it up a bit by having an opening for me to plug into the charger and a loop in the back for my finger to loop through when carrying around. This is done in garter stitch and really quite easy.
