super frickin awesome eyeliner
I love liquid eyeliner, but since I have no moola I can't afford cute colors. Sooooo I decided to make my own. Out of the things I already have. And I'm extremely proud and glad I figured this out.

You Will Need

Step 1Grab a thin paintbrush or something you can apply the eyeliner to you eye lid easily with.

Step 2Get a good amount of water on your brush.

Step 3Pick the color of eyeshadow you wish to turn into liquid eyeliner. (My cousin gave me this booklet of different color eyeshadows and I've never used it until now. It came in great handy.) Rub your wet brush into the eyeshadow, if needed add more water, but not too much. You sort of want a good creamy mixture, not too clumpy and not too watery.

Step 5Then use as you wish.
