This is my fancy way of making Indomie. Add a little bit of this and that and of course you also eat them with rice :) Usually if I have them around, I also add some pakchoi (chinese cabbage) for some extra vegetable. My Mam always says, "If you want to eat Indomie, you also have to eat vegetables with it!"

Description

This is my fancy way of making Indomie. Add a little bit of this and that and of course you also eat them with rice :) Usually if I have them around, I also add some pakchoi (chinese cabbage) for some extra vegetable. My Mam always says, "If you want to eat Indomie, you also have to eat vegetables with it!"

Instructions

  1. Put your noodles in a big bowl and add in hot water, let sit for 2 minute and stir a little to remove some of residues from the noodle. Strain the water and set aside.

  2. We want to cook the eggs first so, when the water is boiled slowly pour the egg whites to make small strands.

  3. Next, add in the prawns and egg yolk, cook for 5 minutes, remove the yolk and prawns from the pan and set aside in a bowl.

  4. Add in the prepared noodles and the packaged seasoning, let the water boil and stir the noodles. Do this for 1 - 2 minutes until the noodles are soft.

  5. If you want more soup on your noodle, add in about 25 ml (3 - 4 tablespoon) of boiled water

  6. Serve with the garnish and of course, a little bit of rice!
