I used Snazaroo brand face paint and a fine paint brush to create this look. Glitter can be added to the details of your choice while the paint is wet. (Just use your finger) I believe I found the false lashes at Claire's and I made the head piece out of star garland twisted around my head with a long "tail" of curling ribbon at the back. Fun for a July Fourth parade or festival!

You will need
