Based on Ikura Sushi Birthday Cake by Shrimp Salad Circus
Made it for my friend's 21st. It turned out fantastic. Used chocolate cake and whipped cream (instead of icing, which she doesn't like) and just fyi, chocolate cake tastes really good with the lime flavoured Fruit Rollup!
