Description

Turn an ordinary lantern into something that fits any decor or season. Use battery operated candles in the finished project.

Instructions

1. 

   Start with any lantern.

2. 

   Paint the lantern to match your theme with enamel or chalk paint.

3. 

   Separate the layers of the napkins until you have just the top layer. Add ModPodge to the glass in the lantern, place the napkin over the glass, then add another layer of ModPodge.

4. 

   Use a battery operated candle with the lantern.

5. 

   Lanterns can be created to fit any season.
