This was the free top I got with my Mindless Self Indulgence - If CD. It was a size medium men's tshirt - not big enough to wear as a dress, but not small enough to be flattering. I cut the sleeves, neck and hem off, basically turning it into a big rectangle, then I sewed the sides in to my size. Then just got one piece of ribbon and attached it to each side so it holds at the back of my neck. Easy-peasy! And still holds together, even though it's hand sewn.
