Step 1
I used the tip of toothpicks to drop the tiny dots of paint onto each finger. Then I glued tiny eye rings to the end of each arm.

Step 2
I wrapped a piece of floss and tied it in a bow just to add some interest to the earrings.

Step 3
Then I hung the arms from earring wires.
