Ice cream cake
This is a great cake to make in advance.
This needs to freeze for at least six hours.
Mix and bake the cake as per the instructions.
Allow to cool completely.
Mix all ingredients together until thickened and incorporated.
Line the tin with cling film.
Slice the cake.
Layer up with cake and ice cream mixture.
Cover the top with cling & place in a freezer bag.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until needed.
Decorate as you wish.
