Yum yum!
This cake is a great summer dessert: no oven required and super tasty!
Oh and it's quick! And it contains both ice cream and Oreo.. need I say more?

You Will Need

Step 1Reduce the Oreo into crumbs (I used a whole package, 16 cookies)

Step 2To make the base pour the cookie crums into a serving dish with high edges and press them with a spoon.

Step 3Let the ice cream melt a bit and then spread it on thop of the base.
I suggest vanilla ice cream, it belances better the Oreo's chocolat-iness. -
Step 4Now the toppings!
I use chopped nuts, m&m's, rice Krispies and spare Oreo crumbs. -
Step 5Put it in the freezer to set for few hours and you're done!
