This is chocolate Icecream with fudge sauce & chocolate chunks.
You could use store bought since if you wish.

You Will Need

Step 1Fudge sauce...
Melt chocolate & butter together.

Step 2Alternate adding the icing sugar & evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stir continuously.

Step 3Continue to cook until the sauce is thickened & creamy.
Approximately 8-10 mins.

Step 4Remove from the heat.
Stir in the vanilla & set aside to cool.

Step 5Icecream...
Mix sugar, vanilla & eggs together.

Step 6Add chocolate to the egg mixture.
Stir to combine.

Step 7Pour in the cream & milk.
Mix through.

Step 8Pour into Icecream machine.
Churn per machine instructions.

Step 9When Icecream is ready.
Scoop into a tub.
Mix through the chocolate chunks & fudge sauce.
Freeze until needed.
