You Will Need

Step 1ok first get a q-tip and put some vaseline on it apply the q-tip on your lips ( not to much it will look to oily)and then when it dries out use your lip balm after :)

i know this is "out of the blue" but did you know vaseline glows in a black light haha your lips will look blue under the black light :)

I knew about the petroleum jelly helping chapped lips though I did not know that it makes your lips glow in a black light. Thanks Awesome, thanks for sharing
