haha i used to make these all the time but my dad through my tubing away when i moved out. i bought the cutters that go with that tubing though...and now have no use for them! also, i added 2 shot glasses of water or sand for weight.

I bought one alot like this at a beatles tribute concert when I was little (It was as tall as me, I totaly love that thing i can go for like 10 minutes with it around my neck)

All you have to do to add noise is put in a few plastic beads or some sand for the swishing noise!
