Quick, healthy pick me up breakfast.
Scrambled eggs with a flavorful kick of green onions, asparagus, and worcestershire.
Chop up some fresh asparagus spears and green onions. Saute them for a few minutes in oil of your choice.
Scramble up a few large eggs seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. (whites only if you want to be super healthy.) When they are starting to set, toss in the veggies and mix it all together until heated through.
Remove from heat, transfer to plate or bow, add a few dashes of worcestershire sauce, and you're done. These were awesome! I'll bet they'd go great with steak.
