This quick and easy recipe for toad in the hole is delicious!
Prepare the batter.
Add the flour into a bowl and make a small well in the middle and add the egg. Slowly mix in the milk with a small pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare the sausages.
Defrost/ slowly heat the sausages in the cooker. Only for about 5-10 minutes.
I used vegetarian sausages, but you can use any kind.
When the sausages are browning, place the sausages in your selected heat proof dish, then pour in the batter.
Cook for 20-30 minutes.
*I added mixed veg with mine, you can use green veg too!*
