Description

There was a lot of love and craftiness that went in to this shower- but I want to teach you one of my favorite party diys- cupcake toppers.

Instructions

  1. Gather your supplies: a circle paper punch, scrapbook paper, and toothpicks

  2. Use a circle hole punch to make perfect circles in whatever scrapbook paper matches your theme! I used scrapbook paper as well as some miniature stamps I found at Michaels.

  3. Hot glue the circles on to the top of tooth picks.
