Instructions

Time to grab that stuffy strand of thrift store pearls and re-imagine it as a whimsical, summery piece of new jewelry.

  2. Small 101097 2f2014 04 19 123542 pic%2b4 fixed

Cut six or seven long strands of hemp cord. Fold over one end and wrap tightly with jewelry wire so that the ends are hidden. This "loop" of strands will be used for one half of your clasp.

  3. Small 101097 2f2014 04 19 123631 pic%2b5 fixed

Then just randomly add pearls on your strands and knot the cord snugly against each pearl.

When you've reached a desired length for your wrist or neck, make another loop of the strands and wind tightly with the jewelry wire. Add a jump ring to each loop and attach your clasp...Done!
