Based on How To Make Your Own Paint!! by Amberlynn Reid
I posted on the board that I wanted to turn make up into paint. I didn't know there was a tutorial until Syeyon said she made one. I experimented a little and true it wasn't' what I was looking for, but it works. I can probably use it to create some effects with some inktence pencils.
