  Step 1

  Cut off 8 strands of cords and tie them together.

  Step 2

  Count from the left, wind the fourth cord along the fifth one. Take the fifth cord as holding axis; tie a double-half hitch on it with the fourth cord toward the right, then the third one, the second and the first one respectively.

  Step 3

  Count from the left, regard the fourth cord as a holding axis, tie double-half hitches on it with the first one, the second one and the first one toward the right relatively.

  Step 4

  Treat the most-left yellow cord as the holding axis, tie double-half hitches on it with the three cords beside it. Then do the same work on the other side. In this process, please remember to thread the bead on the two cords in the middle. At last, tie a double-half hitch with the two holding axis.

  Following, go on knitting double-half hitches as step 2 till it is long enough for your wrist.
