    See that rubbery thing inside the bottle cap?
    Yep, take your pliers and rip that thing off!

    Tip: When you're halfway ripping that thing off, twist it and grab it twisted and rip it off at the middle.

    It should end up like that, and its ok if a little piece of the green stuff stays. Now throw that rubbery thing away.

    Take your paper/picture and draw a circle and cut it off.

    Tip: take a screwdriver and poke a hole through the top/ take something pointy and with a hammer poke a hole through the top

A Good way to get the rubber seals out is placing the caps on the heating element of your coffee maker using pot holders to remove the caps the rubber seals slides right out without tearing and pulling.
