Step 1The preparatory work
Glue six beads on every bead cap for preparation. Cut a strip of dark blue ribbon which is a little longer than the hair clip and stick it to the hair clip with wrapping two ends by double-sided tape. -
Step 2Stick embellishments
Cut a short strip of red ribbon and make a loop as the picture shows. Glue it on the top of the hair clip with a flower applique atop and glue the bead caps under it in order.
