I bought this part premade, but is fairly simple to make. all you need to do is get 1in thick ribbon and another different textured or different printed ribbon about 1/4th inch wide. It doesn't have to be that thick as long as one ribbon is thinner than the other. Simply pleat the ribbon and pin them in place continuing till you get the right size all the way around your wrist or if you want add more for a choker. Then sew a seam down the center, add glue along the seam, and lay down the thinner ribbon. add end cap crimps, one on each end and then add lobster clasps, or any type of clasps you prefer.

Any cameo will do. if it doesn't have a frame already, one can be bought. The cameo I had already had a small frame, but I wanted it to be bigger so I used jewelry glue to attach it to the bigger frame.

Place the cameo directly in the center of the ribbon and you can either glue it in place, or sew it. I prefer both for extra sturdiness.
