About
Spice up your old cell phone case!
I was tired of having a boring cell phone case and didn't feel like spending a lot of money on a custom one. I figured that I could make my own. It dosent take a lot of time and it's fun to make. I did NOT want to ruin my most prized and loved Harley Quinn comic book, so I found a picture that I wanted to use.

Step 1
1)Find your favorite image of a character, famous person, design, etc.
2)Print out the image on normal printer paper at high quality.
3)Cut the image out.
4)Using the dry paint brush, add a layer of Mod Podge to the surface of the phone case or other item.
5)Quickly place the image to the wet Mod Podge.
6)Press down firmly. Be careful not to smear the image’s ink.
7)Let the image sit for 5 minutes to dry.
8)If there are openings on the phone case or item you want the image on, carefully use the xacto knife to cut any needed areas of the image.
9)Add 3 or more layers of Mod Podge to the top of the image. Allowing each layer to dry 15-20 minutes between each layer.
10)Let the project dry overnight for best results.
11)If you want a smooth surface, use steel wool and a nail buffer. (Only once the Mod Podge has completely dried.)
