choose your photo. unfourtunatly i don't have the original of the photos... there are two sites i use for this method. you can choose which one is better for you to use.
http://pixlr.com/o-matic/ in this site you can choose from a lot of different effects, borders and overlays. to go for a lomo style edit choose firstly an overlay that has more pink-ish and gray, kind of washed toned. For the effects, choose leak effects to resemble the process of photo development. In the borders section you can choose a film-like border.
http://www.rollip.com/start in this website you can pretty much choose almost any of the effects suggested cause all of them pretty much resemble a lomo-style photo. I hope this was helpful! good luck!
