Step 1choose your photo.
unfourtunatly i don't have the original of the photos...there are two sites i use for this method. you can choose which one is better for you to use.

in this site you can choose from a lot of different effects, borders and overlays.
to go for a lomo style edit choose firstly an overlay that has more pink-ish and gray, kind of washed toned.
For the effects, choose leak effects to resemble the process of photo development.
In the borders section you can choose a film-like border. -

in this website you can pretty much choose almost any of the effects suggested cause all of them pretty much resemble a lomo-style photo.
