Inspired by hot cross buns, this seasonal spring cocktail combines fruit juice with Hop.Gin, cinnamon vodka and blackberry liqueur.

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with hop.gin, cinnamon vodka and blackberry liqueur.

Step 2Add the apple and cranberry juice and shake shake shake to get the fruit juice really frothy.

Step 3Strain into a short glass.

Step 4If it's not frothy enough, spoon some of the froth from the cocktail shake on top.

Step 5Top with a cross of cinnamon and serve.
