Treat someone special with an easy and cute handmade card! If it's handmade, it's from the heart.
Overall this is a cheap and easy card to make. The most expensive part however is stamps (they can be pretty pricey) but you can get them cheap if you're lucky.

I laugh and tell my husband that each card I make
costs apx. $250 (due to the cost of my toys!)...
HOWEVER, that price goes down
each time I make a card. hahahaha
