Perfect for your next Harry Potter Party!
My friends and I decided to have a Halloween Party this past Oct. In honor of Harry Potter Book 7 we went for an HP theme. We turned my apt. into Grimmuald Place. The living room / kitchen had the food and drinks and we covered as much of the room as we could with simple black table cloths, some spooky wall coverings from the party store that looked like old walls and bookcases, made the Black Family Tree on a piece of fabric and printed out the Black Family Crest. I also turned my bedroom into Sirius's bedroom by covering the walls in Gryffindor Colors.
The three white boxes on the table are Honeydukes Sweet Shop Samplers... I made Ice Mice, Cockroach Clusters, Blood Pops, Dark Mark Mints and Exploding Bon Bons.

Sorry I don't have pics of the actual candy making. I did this back in October for a Harry Potter themed Halloween Party. I will add pics the next time i'm making chcocolates. In the mean time...
Note on the time, it takes about 30 minutes per batch.
ICE MICE: I actually found a mouse shaped candy mold at my local candy supply shop.
Melt white chocolate to line the mold.
Put the mold in the fridge or freezer to harden.
Then fill it with a mint cream center (sold pre-made in candy store) and then a layer of the melted white chocolate to cover the bottom of each mouse mold.
Put back in the fridge or freezer to harden.
COCKROACH CLUSTERS: Here again pick an appropriate mold. I happened to find a mold of lady bugs and it worked.
Line the mold with melted milk chocolate.
Put in fridge or freezer until hardened.
Fill each candy with a little caramel (I used ice cream caramel topping) and some walnuts. cover each candy with more milk chocolate (this keeps the filling in).
Fridge or Freezer until hardened.
BLOOD POPS: Use a simple lollipop mold (simple circle will work) I was shopping in October and found a mold of vampires in caskets which I used.
Use red colored chocolate melts.
Melt Chocolate and add some strawberry flavoring (sold at candy supply shops).
Fill mold, put lollipop stick in (it fits into part of the mold - you'll know what to do when you see one).
Put in fridge or freezer to harden.
I know "Dark Mark Mints" are not an official HP candy, but we were going with a darker theme for the party.
I found a skull mold that reminded me of the dark mark.
Melt green colored chocolate melts.
Add mint flavoring.
Put in skull shaped molds.
Let harden in fridge or freezer.
And I saved the best for last. I made a small batch of these as a joke and they became the hit of the party.... EXPLODING BON BONS.
Simple bon bon mold (round, about 3/4" - 1" deep) They look very unassuming.
I used random colors of chocolate that I had left over and lined each candy mold w/ a color or two.... you can do this with just chocolate, white choc., whatever.
Then fill the candies with Pop Rocks.
Top each candy with more melted chocolate.
Let harden in fridge or freezer...
Then hand them out to your friends and watch their faces as they bite into a simple chocolate and find Pop Rocks!!!
To help fill up your boxes or if you don't have the time to make all of the candies above, you can buy gum balls and label them Drooble's Best Blowing Gum, jelly beans for Bertie Botts (or just buy the Bertie Botts that they sell) and some Lemon Drops in honor of Dumbledore.
