You Will Need
Sauce
1/3 cup
Honey
1/4 cup
Water
2 tbsp
Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Soya
Sauce
Chicken
Chicken Breast
Seasoned
Flour
6 cloves
Garlic
Additional
Carrot(s)
Peppers
Onions

Step 1Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour.

Step 2Fry until almost cooked through.
Add the garlic to the pan.
Place into a dish.

Step 3In a pan stir all the sauce ingredients together.
Bring to a simmer.

Step 4Fry the veg in the same pan as the chicken.
Brown & pour over the chicken.

Step 5Pour over the sauce.

Step 6Serve with rice or noodles.
