I was in need of a good scrub, so I went through my cabinets. Enjoy! :] Feel free to substitute sugars, (brown/sugar in the raw/etc) oil, (coconut, sunflower, sesame, etc) and/or add essential oils. You can even use oatmeal as well!
I was in need of a good scrub, so I went through my cabinets. Enjoy! :] Feel free to substitute sugars, (brown/sugar in the raw/etc) oil, (coconut, sunflower, sesame, etc) and/or add essential oils. You can even use oatmeal as well!
In a small bowl mix honey, sugar and oil. (Feel free to vary ingredient amounts to your liking)Add in any extra or substitutes.
The mixture should look like a slushy. Once it is all mixed, apply to face in circular motions. Leave on for 15 minutes. (I did an oil treatment using olive oil to my hair while I waited)
After 15 minutes, jump in the shower or wash your face off with warm water, pat dry. Scrub can also be used on the body. (Avoid private parts ladies, sugar can give you horrible infections down there!) That's it! ps. the images are not mine. i need to buy a new camera :C
