  • Step 1

    Using a mortar and pestle or a stick blender, grind the oats into a fine powder.

  • Step 2

    Transfer the oats to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Store in a sterilized jar with a tight-fitting lid in the fridge. Keeps for up to 6 weeks.

  • Step 3

    HOW TO APPLY
    Gently massage the scrub into clean skin, avoiding the eye area, and rinse off with warm water. Pat skin dry with a clean towel.
