Honey & Mustard Pasta Salad

Power lunch with a tasty pasta salad.

You will need

200 g Cooked Pasta 1 ½ tsp Honey 1 tsp Mustard 2 tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Pine Nuts ½ tsp Crushed Pepper

1. 

   Place the cooked pasta in a bowl. Shake together the olive oil, honey, mustard and pepper.

2. 

   Mix in some sweetcorn and pinenuts with the pasta.

3. 

   Pour in the dressing and mix together. Serve chilled.
