You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Pour all ingredients for the sauce into a pan.
Gently heat until thickened approx 5 mins.

Step 2Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
Place on tray.
Spray or pour a little oil over the chicken.
Bake for approx 45 mins until cooked through.

Step 3Coat the chicken in the sauce.
Place back in the oven for 5-10 mins.

Step 4Serve
