Easy luxury wrapping paper

About

When I ran out of wrapping paper for my Grandad's present I thought I would use some old paper I had lying around...but then I wanted to jazz it up a little...the effect? Very pretty and 'expensive' looking wrapping paper!

You Will Need (4 things)

  • Coloured Paper
  • Bleach
  • Sponge Brush
  • Paper Scissors

Steps (3 steps, 600 minutes)

  1. 1

Take some left over coloured paper, I used some old craft paper but tissue paper or coloured card (as long as it's thin enough for wrapping paper). Using a sponge brush or any old sponge and your imagination create a pattern of your choice using the bleach (not too much). I actually didn't use a sponge I just carefully splashed it on.

  2. 2

    Leave to dry...

  3. 3

And that's it! Wrap your present! I cut out a little rectangle to make a tag.
Just for effect I added some fancy ribbon, I then squeezed the tag under the ribbon...and that's it! Easy luxury home made wrapping paper!
