Based on Homemade Pop Tarts by Jessie Oleson
I made these for the last day of my high school career, as a gift for all of my friends. I did not add the frosting, because the crust is so yummy and buttery and rich! It does not need it. I used strawberry jam as filling and made them into cookies, so that I could easily mass produce them!
