Homemade Lemon Tea Sugar Scrub

Super easy homemade beauty!
I always have a jar of this by the bath so I thought I would share with you, a really easy lemon tea sugar scrub recipe.

Sugar scrubs are one of my favorite gentle exfoliants and what I especially love about this one in particular, is it leaves your skin super soft and glowing, simply apply a handful to wet skin in the bath or shower.

Making it yourself also means you know exactly what's going into the jar and onto your skin! Olive oil is great for the skin and full of antioxidants while Epsom salts draw out toxins from the skin and release tension from the muscles.

I suffer with dry and sensitive skin and using this scrub a couple of times a week is improving this greatly. These also make fantastic (and cheap!) presents too!
