Cook up some tasty hot dogs with a Japanese twist.
I tried Japadogs while I was in Vancouver and was instantly hooked. Not able to get them in the UK, we attempted to make our own versions which were almost as good!

Step 1Cut the nori in to thin strips with scissors.

Step 2Chop up the onion in preparation.

Step 3Slice the buns and pop under the grill to toast. Also, put your hot dogs on to cook.

Step 4Fry the onions with a dash or two of soy sauce.

Step 5Spread the toasted buns with teriyaki sauce.

Step 6Top with the fried onions.

Step 7Lay the cooked hot dog in place.

Step 8Sprinkle with the nori strips.

Step 9Mix together mayonnaise with wasabi and drizzle on top, ready to eat!
