Delicious and healthy
I have been planning on baking some homemade breakfast/granola bars for some time now and always seem to forget one vital ingredient whilst shopping. So, today I just said,"feck it" and went ahead with whatever was laying around.
First off I will say that while the boyfriend and I did enjoy them, they were not what you would call 'bars'. They were a bit too loose, so I think they would be great crumbled into some delicious organic natural or flavoured yoghurt.
If I make these again, I would add more peanut butter and bake them on a lower heat of around 150Âºc for 20 minutes.
