Home made hot chocolate is much richer, tastier & better than any powdered rubbishy you buy. It is easy to make & the recipe can easily be doubled up.
Home made hot chocolate is much richer, tastier & better than any powdered rubbishy you buy. It is easy to make & the recipe can easily be doubled up.
Melt the butter.
Add the corn flour to the butter. Stir to combine.
Add the sugar. Stir to combine.
Slowly add the milk. Stirring all the time. Bring up to temp but not boiling.
Add the chocolate a few pieces at a time. Make sure to melt what is in the pot before adding any more. Continue to add chocolate & stir all the time.
Whisk cream & sugar together.
Add vanilla.
Pour hot chocolate into mugs.
Top with cream & marshmallows.
