Home made hot chocolate is much richer, tastier & better than any powdered rubbishy you buy.
It is easy to make & the recipe can easily be doubled up.

You Will Need

Step 1Melt the butter.

Step 2Add the corn flour to the butter.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Add the sugar.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Slowly add the milk. Stirring all the time.
Bring up to temp but not boiling.

Step 5Add the chocolate a few pieces at a time.
Make sure to melt what is in the pot before adding any more.
Continue to add chocolate & stir all the time.

Step 6Whisk cream & sugar together.

Step 7Add vanilla.

Step 8Pour hot chocolate into mugs.

Step 9Top with cream & marshmallows.
