This was pretty easy to do, and quite good to use. I would recommend that you use a cheap mascara, as I used quite an expensive one at first, and the bottle was too good of quality, and therefore hard to squeeze to get the mascara out!

It doesn't dry, no, but your skin does absorb it in (like it does with chapstick), so in a way it does dry in eventually.

Did you mixed it in petroleum jelly? If yes then petroleum jelly doesn't dries right? So won't my eyelids be leaving gel liners stamp on my eyes everytime I blink?
