1 cup Milk 1 tbsp Lemon Juice OR Vinegar

   Into a 1 cup Measuring cup, Place 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice OR Vinegar

2. 

   Fill the remainder of the Measuring cup with milk

3. 

   Sit & Wait (or start prepping your recipe) for 5 Minutes

4. 

   Use Amount needed for recipe and ENJOY!
