Festive with a sweet surprise!
I've made my murdered cupcakes a few times and did so again this year for halloween, but I thought I would make a festive change to them and so this is the first year I've made these ones.

You Will Need

Step 1
Make your choice of cupcakes, I used a rich chocolate cupcake for these.

Step 2Once your cupcakes are baked and cooled, core out the center. I used a small spoon to cut it out.

Step 3Fill the hole with your surprise!
I made marshmallow that I spooned into them to set, but you could always use marshmallow fluff or something else if you prefer. -
Step 4Top off your filling with the removed cake, and then you are set to decorate.

Step 5After icing the cupcakes I stuck a mini candy cane in them to be a bit more festive.
