- Pepper
- Black Beans
- Masalla Hummus
- Broccoli
Steps (2 steps, 30 minutes)

stir fry veggies and warm up pita, cook rice

now spread the hummus on the pita
the add a spoonfull of the rice, beans and vegs
roll up and eat
