You Will Need (5 things)

  • Whole Grain Pita Bread
  • Pepper
  • Black Beans
  • Masalla Hummus
  • Broccoli

Steps (2 steps, 30 minutes)

    stir fry veggies and warm up pita, cook rice

    now spread the hummus on the pita

    the add a spoonfull of the rice, beans and vegs

    roll up and eat
