My all-time favorite snack is jazzed up with savory herb butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, and finished off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Add the coconut oil and popcorn kernels to a stovetop popcorn popper (or large pot with lid) and heat over medium heat. Once you start hearing popping start turning the crank on the popper (or shake the pot if you’re using a regular pot) and keep it moving until the popping slows.Pour the popcorn into a large bowl.
Melt the butter with herbs in the microwave. Drizzle the popcorn evenly with the butter and season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
