step one find a image you like I gooles it lol right click on mouse. find list (save as picture) and little winbow box will pop up click save. it be in your picture
open your photo editor or photo shop and open that picture and then click on brightness the be a list of thing to do. brightness or contrast. where there a box with a 0 in it. click on that and erase the 0 and then type in 50 and then click ok. you want to lighten the photo because when baking and shrinking down size the colors well darking so if you don't it be to dark and the image will be all mess up unless you are lucky.
open your pictures and find the lighten photo. click on the photo and then click print. walk thought it . uncheck the fit picture to frame untell you come to what size you want. i did this one in 3.5 x 5. when it come to the paper make sure you dampen your finger and touch one coner of the plastic side. the side that is sticky to the touch is the printable side (this side is not as shiny.)
print it out let it dry for 1-2 minutes before touching.
cut out the shape and hole punch
pre-Heat oven to between 275 or 300.I do it on 300
get a brown grocery bag and turn one corner up will make it easy to remove from tray or cookie sheet. 8 place shrinky dinks pieces. colored side up, on brown paper and place paper in tray or on cookie sheet. put into pre-heated oven
watch as your shrinky dinks shrink. bake approximately 3 to 5 minutes. after pieces lay flat. allow an additional 30 seconds of baking time to complete the process
remove paper from tray or cookie sheet and lightly press flat with i.e. folded paper or a pad of paper-until pieces have cooled
here it is hard small and plastic like a charm
protective coation to prevent your piece from moving during the spraying or painting. get paper and apply tape to back of your shrink dink pieces and stick to paper, use matte or hight gloss. (tested krylon works best) I like to use glear fingernail polish. it work but don't make it washable. I learn from a hard way. I have not find the right stuff yet still learining how to protective.
put it on a chain or make a zipper pulls or earrings. cellphone charms. it you want with a perment marker you can write the names on the pices and make it a backpack name tag. gift tag christmas oranment. let your mind run this image is already lighten so if you wish click on this image and click to save as picture. it a short cut. have fun
