Well, when I first started I had a hard time with reading patterns also. I just searched for "crochet pattern abbreviations" and that helped a lot. Practice makes perfect!

I'm in love! I just started to crochet. I don't really understand how to read corchet patterns..? Maybe some day i'll get the hang of it.
