Heirloom Gazpacho

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 6 Large heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Truffle Salt
  • 1 tbsp Agave (omit for whole 30 and paleo)
  • 1 tsp Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 Bunch Sage
  • Coconut Oil Spray

Steps (12 steps, 15 minutes)

    Preheat oven to broil

    Dice 1 tomato and set aside

  3. 3

    Roughly chop the rest of the tomatoes and add to blender

  4. 4

    Peel and dice cucumber, add to blender

  5. 5

    Mince garlic and add to blender

  6. 6

    Add oil, salt, agave, hot sauce, to blender

  7. 7

    Blend contents for 2 minutes or until smooth

  8. 8

    Pour blended soup into serving vessel and add chopped tomato

  9. 9

    Cover soup and place I the fridge

  10. 10

    Once oven is preheated, spray a baking pan with coconut oil spray and arrange individual sage leaves evenly on the pan

    Broil sage leaves for 7 minutes or until crisp

    Plate soup into bowls and top with crispy sage
