This heart-shaped purse is made from two pieces of folded felt woven together. The weaving is quick to do but the way that you decorate the purse is up to you. The decoration also holds the weaving together, stopping the fabrics from slipping apart. I have used mock sheesha, French knots and a heart button to fasten the purse Top tip! Try the weaving process with paper before you use felt so that you get used to the way of weaving the purse. Top tip! Hold the purse open with your fingers while embroidering the xdecorations so that the two sides are not sewn together.
